I purchased two pair of trousers as I wasn't sure of the size required, I was advised there would be a slight delay in delivery with Christmas, but in fact they came earlier than advised. I established the size required, returned the larger size. No cost to me returning goods as I nominated to have a credit, it all went through very smoothly. I have just ordered another two pair. These are comfortable and hardwearing pants, and I now have them in every colour available, so I really can’t say more than that. Although I do wish they wouldn’t sell out of my size so quickly.

Ordering dispatch and return process good. Issues with sizes and fit from different manufacturers...

I had to return product as way too small when ordering my usual size. Ordered another product using far larger size and fitted well. Good quality appears well made.
