AustraliaI have to say that everything up till the receipt of the goods was great, easy to navigate site, easy to order, easy to pay (funny that), all in all agreat experience...then the 2 pairs of trousers arrived, still good till I tried them on. Both pairs of pants finished well above my ankles and showed a bit too much sock for my liking. I grabbed a pair of the same pants that I have in my wardrobe and lay them down on my dining room table to compare the length to the just received pairs. My older pair of chinos is at least 25mm longer than the 2 pair of trousers that were ordered and delivered. Disappointed, yes, upset, yes, frustrated, yes. This experience makes me hesitant to order online again and I live too far away from any physical stores, so I probably won't be dealing with Ron Bennet again. Shame really.
