All returns are now done online! You’ll no longer receive a paper returns slip or returns label with your order – instead, you can now create your return directly. We’ve improved our returns service so your return will be processed quickly and easily.
All orders within Australia can be returned within 30 days of receiving the goods for a store credit or refund. Simply click LODGE YOUR RETURN to get started. We will accept returns as long as the goods are in original unworn condition, with labels and packaging still intact.
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT
Items returned within 30 days for a store credit - the credit amount will be issued as a gift voucher. You will also be issued a coupon for an order discount + Free Shipping to use on your next order.
RETURNS FOR REFUNDS
Items returned within 30 days for a refund - please allow up to 14 days to process refunds.
EXCHANGE OF ITEMS
We don't offer exchanges on orders. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We will issue you a full store credit or refund (your choice) as long as:
1. The item has not been worn or washed;
3. The garment ticket or tag is still attached to the garment/item.
For health reasons, there are no returns on the purchase of underwear unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.
SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS
Some sale & clearance items have been massively discounted in order to sell quickly and make way for new product lines. If these items are clearly labelled RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED they do not qualify for returns so please choose these items carefully.
HOW TO CREATE A RETURN.
Step 1: Click LODGE YOUR RETURN then select the items and reason for the returns

A. Re-wrap the products. B. Go to your post office and send package.
Please remember that all the items you select to return to us must be posted back in one parcel.
Don’t forget… Keep hold of your proof of postage – we may need to see it at a later date. If you're returning multiple items from an order, or more than one order in the same parcel, please allow up to 48 hours for all the items to be processed. If you're returning items from multiple orders in the same parcel, you’ll need to create an online return for each order. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags.
Any orders paid with Paypal are eligible for a full refund of the cost of return shipping. Simply go to www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/returns and follow the simple instructions to claim your return shipping refund. *Conditions apply.
As a consumer there are certain guarantees that are made when goods are sold to you, one of which is that goods are of acceptable quality. A product is considered faulty or not of acceptable quality if it: Is not safe, lasting or without faults (considering what would reasonably be expected for the type of product and its cost); Does not do all the things you would reasonably expect it to or is not fit for purpose; or Does not match the description made by us, on packaging and labels, or via promotions or advertising.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
