Ron Bennett Big Mens is happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100 we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.90 Australia wide. 

We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, especially if you've ordered something for a specific occasion, and we use a large network of couriers to deliver goods.

We allocate the delivery partner based on the delivery method selected and the value of your order. We use either Australia Post, Couriers Please or Startrack Express depending on where you’d like your order sent. We do ship to PO Boxes through the Australia Post network.

Tracking your parcel

All shipments are fully trackable. We'll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has left our warehouse.

You can also track your orders by logging into 'My Account' and viewing your most recent orders. Just click 'Track This Order' and you'll be directed to the tracking page.

Express Delivery

We have had to temporarily suspend our Express Delivery Service due to delivery partner delays during the Covid19 Pandemic. These delays are out of our control and disruptions to the delivery cycle means that we cannot guarantee express delivery to you at this time.

We ship to over 90 Countries worldwide using Australia Post Express Post International. Shipping rates per country are as follows:
New Zealand: $39.90
Rest of World: $49.90

All international orders may be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. You will be wholly responsible and liable for these charges. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.

We’re doing everything we can to keep delivering during the Coronavirus pandemic and support customers worldwide. Ongoing challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are still some delays as our business operates with additional safety measures to protect our people and customers. Unfortunately, this means your parcel delivery may be delayed, but rest assured we are doing everything we can to minimise delays.

No. To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, our delivery partners all adhere to contactless delivery. This means signatures are no longer required for all parcels, whether you’re collecting from a Post Office or at home.

For home delivery of parcels normally requiring a signature, if you’re at home, the delivery driver will record your name and confirm delivery on their handheld device, then leave the parcel at your door. If you’re not at home, a card will be left, with instructions on where to pick up your parcel.
