Sometimes when multiple products are ordered of the same item and size, our stock levels do not have time to update in a short period. In this case we unfortunately have cancel part or all of your order.

If an item is out of stock and we cannot back-order it for you we will refund you the payment for that item. You will receive a notification email as soon as we refund your original payment method.

When an order is placed you will receive an Order Confirmation email confirming your order. We will then send you an Shipping Confirmation Email once the order has been shipped.

In the unlikely event that we send you an order that is not yours or send you the wrong products, please contact our Customer Service Centre ASAP and we will make urgent arrangements to have the order returned and the correct items sent.

Whilst we try to make our website as easy and secure as possible, we understand that some customers would prefer to order over the phone. Simple call our Customer Service Centre and we will take your order for you over the phone and email you an invoice for secure payment. Once payment confirmation has been received your order will be shipped.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

You can check the status of your order through our Order Lookup link. Make sure you have your order number and email address available to receive the order update. If your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a shipping tracking link to your order.

Note for overseas orders:
Orders to New Zealand greater than NZD$200 will incur customs charges and taxes, including GST. The value these charges apply to, and the charges and taxes are subject to change at any time and neither Ron Bennett nor our couriers have control over these charges. 

You will be wholly liable for the payment of all customs charges and taxes. The items will be held by customs and will not be released for delivery until all customs charges and taxes are paid. The order cannot be cancelled or returned to sender if held.

All other international orders may also be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. You will be wholly responsible and liable for these charges. Ron Bennett Big Men's Clothing accepts no responsibility for any additional charges and cannot accept a return and refund of those goods if the charges are not paid. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.

Most orders that are placed by 11am are dispatched within 24 hours, however if stock needs to be transferred to our central dispatch warehouse it may take up to 72 hours. Delivery of the goods depends on the shipping method. Standard shipping can take up to 8 days depending on where you want the goods delivered.

PLEASE NOTE: During Sale periods and holiday periods shipping may be delayed due to the larger volume of orders that we process.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If this is your first online purchase, with us or any other store, we do understand this may feel like a leap of faith and we wish to reassure you that you have made the right decision.

To give you total confidence in ordering online, all orders within Australia can be returned within 30 days* for a full store credit or refund. So, rest assured you can be confident of a totally satisfactory shopping experience! Go to our Returns & Refunds Page for more details

If you live in Australia and wish to return all or part of your order for a store credit or refund, you can do so within 30 days of delivery. Simply follow the steps HERE.

We don't offer exchanges on orders. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order with he store credit that we will issue.

Once we receive your returned package we will inspect the goods to make sure they are still in perfect condition suitable for resale. We will then issue a store credit or refund to your credit card or Paypal account.

Please allow around 5 working days for the financial institutions on both sides of the transaction to finalise the refund.

You’ve already used the code. Our promo codes can only be used once, so if you’ve ever used the code in the past then it won’t work again.The items aren’t eligible. Check the terms and conditions of the code, and make sure the items in your shopping bag aren’t excluded items.The code has been entered incorrectly. Whoops! The codes are case sensitive so enter it exactly as it is written and try again.The code has expired.
