CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes you can - contact our Customer Service Centre ASAP and advise the amended order details. If the goods have already been dispatched we are unable to amend the order details.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes you can - contact our Customer Service Centre ASAP and advise that you wish to cancel the order. If the goods have already been dispatched we are unable to cancel the order.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Yes you can - contact our Customer Service Centre ASAP and advise the amended shipping details. If the goods have already been dispatched we are unable to amend the shippng address.

WHY HAS MY ORDER (OR A PART OF MY ORDER) BEEN CANCELLED?

Sometimes when multiple products are ordered of the same item and size, our stock levels do not have time to update in a short period. In this case we unfortunately have cancel part or all of your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?

If an item is out of stock and we cannot back-order it for you we will refund you the payment for that item ASAP. You will receive a notification email as soon as we refund your original payment method.

WHAT KIND OF EMAILS WILL I RECEIVE ABOUT MY ORDER?

When an order is placed you will receive an Order Confirmation email confirming your order. We will then send you an Shipping Confirmation Email once the order has been shipped.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ORDER OR PRODUCT?

In the unlikely event that we send you an order that is not yours or send you the wrong products, please contact our Customer Service Centre ASAP and we will make urgent arrangements to have the order returned and the correct items sent.

AM I ABLE TO DO A PHONE ORDER RATHER THAN ORDER THROUGH THE WEBSITE?

Whilst we try to make our website as easy and secure as possible, we understand that some customers would prefer to order over the phone. Simple call our Customer Service Centre and we will take your order for you over the phone and email you an invoice for secure payment. Once payment confirmation has been received your order will be shipped.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You can check the status of your order through our Order Lookup link. Make sure you have your order number and email address available to receive the order update. If your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a shipping tracking link to your order. Note: We DO NOT ship to Australian PO Boxes.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR AN ORDER?

Our delivery charges can be seen HERE. We offer FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in Australia for orders $100+

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver to most countries worldwide. Check HERE for details of shipping charges and delivery times.

Note for overseas orders:
Orders to New Zealand greater than NZD$200 will incur customs charges and taxes, including GST. The value these charges apply to, and the charges and taxes are subject to change at any time and neither Corporate Apparel Group nor our couriers have control over these charges. Corporate Apparel Group will not declare international orders as a "Gift".

You will be wholly liable for the payment of all customs charges and taxes. The items will be held by customs and will not be released for delivery until all customs charges and taxes are paid. The order cannot be cancelled or returned to sender if held.

All other international orders may also be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. You will be wholly responsible and liable for these charges. Corporate Apparel Group accepts no responsibility for any additional charges and cannot accept a return and refund of those goods if the charges are not paid. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

Most orders that are placed by 11am are dispatched within 24 hours, however if stock needs to be transferred to our central dispatch warehouse it may take up to 72 hours. Delivery of the goods depends on the shipping method. Standard shipping can take up to 8 days depending on where you want the goods delivered.

PLEASE NOTE: During Sale periods and holiday periods shipping may be slightly delayed due to the larger volume of orders that we process.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If this is your first online purchase, with us or any other store, we do understand this may feel like a leap of faith and we wish to reassure you that you have made the right decision. To give you total confidence in ordering online, all orders within Australia can be returned within 30 days* for an exchange or refund. HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE GOODS?

If you live in Australia and wish to return all or part of your order for an exchange or refund, you can do so within 30 days. Simply follow the steps HERE.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE REPLACEMENT GOODS?

Depending on your location and upon receiving your items, replacement goods are generally shipped with the same timing and delivery as regular orders. Replacement goods are shipped through Australia Post Standard delivery.

HOW DO I USE MY VOUCHER OR COUPON CODE?

To apply your voucher code, click the CART at the top right corner of the page to go to your shopping bag. Once you proceed to CHECKOUT "Enter Gift Card or Promo Code" then type your voucher code into the box and click 'Apply'

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE COUPON CODE IN A SINGLE ORDER?

No. We can only process one coupon per sale.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY "WELCOME" PROMOTIONAL COUPON CODE

The 'welcome' promo coupon code we offer when registering for our email newsletter will be sent to you within half an hour of you registering.

If you don't receive the email with your promo code, please check the junk mail folder in your email account. If the email is not in your junk mail, please contact our Customer Service Centre so we can help.

WHAT IF I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING AND MY COUPON CODE SIMPLY WON'T WORK?

Having trouble with a promo code?

If your promo code won’t apply or you get an error message, check whether the following applies to you:

> You’ve already used the code. Our promo codes can only be used once, so if you’ve ever used the code in the past then it won’t work again.

>The items aren’t eligible. Check the terms and conditions of the code, and make sure the items in your shopping bag aren’t excluded items.

> The code has been entered incorrectly. Whoops! The codes are case sensitive so enter it exactly as it is written and try again.

> The code has expired. Check the expiry date of the code, as some of them run for a limited time or expire after a set period.
