OUR RETURNS POLICY

All orders within Australia can be returned within 60 days of receiving the goods for a store credit or refund.

All orders within Australia can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a store credit or refund.as long as:

1. The item has not been worn or washed. 2. The garment ticket or tag is still attached to the garment/item. 3.The item/s being returned are in saleable condition, that is it is unworn or unused with all original sealed packaging or tags attached and where the product seal is not broken or tampered. For health reasons, there are no returns on the purchase of underwear unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping. Shipping costs will be refunded on faulty items only if the customer provides proof of the shipping amount. Customers who pay with Paypal are eligible for a full refund of the cost of return shipping. Simply go to www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/returns and follow the simple instructions to claim your return shipping refund. *Conditions apply.

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT

Items returned within 30 days for a store credit  - the credit amount will be issued as a gift voucher, and you will also be issued a coupon for an order discount + Free Shipping to use on your next order.

RETURNS FOR REFUNDS

Items returned within 60 days for a refund - please allow up to 14 days to process refunds.

EXCHANGE OF ITEMS

We don't offer exchanges on orders. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order.

SALE & CLEARANCE: 

Some sale & clearance items have been massively discounted in order to sell quickly and make way for new product lines. If these items are clearly labelled RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED they do not qualify for returns so please choose these items carefully.

Returns will also not be provided on:

  • Custom made monogrammed, personalised, and altered products.
  • Sales to individuals who Big Men’s Clothing believes to be resellers or bulk purchasers are final sales, and the change of mind policy does not apply.

We recognise that the option to return an unwanted item is important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers and to prevent fraud, abuse and misuse of this policy, Big Men’s Clothing may refuse to accept items returned for Change of Mind if we identify an unreasonable or excessive return pattern and may also restrict or refuse future transactions from such individuals.

HOW TO CREATE AN ONLINE RETURN

As part of our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, all returns are done online.* 

We’ve made the digital returns process as simple as possible. Check out the easy steps below. 

Step 1: Click LODGE YOUR RETURN then select the items and reason for the returns

Step 2: A. Re-wrap the products and ship the products back to us with your Return Number written on the label.

Please remember that all the items you select to return to us must be posted back in one parcel. Don’t forget… Keep hold of your proof of postage – we may need to see it at a later date. 

If you're returning items from multiple orders in the same parcel, you’ll need to create an online return for each order. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags. 

FAULTY ITEMS

As a consumer there are certain guarantees that are made when goods are sold to you, one of which is that goods are of acceptable quality. A product is considered faulty or not of acceptable quality if it: Is not safe, lasting or without faults (considering what would reasonably be expected for the type of product and its cost); or Does not match the description made by us, on packaging and labels, or via promotions or advertising.

The cost for returning faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be reimbursed to you once the goods have been returned and upon proof of receipt of postage.

RESPONSIBILITY

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

*Every 3000 sheets of paper costs us one tree. We are committed to conserving where we can.
