I purchased two pair of trousers as I wasn't sure of the size required, I was advised there would be a slight delay in delivery with Christmas, but in fact they came earlier than advised. I established the size required, returned the larger size. No cost to me returning goods as I nominated to have a credit, it all went through very smoothly. I have just ordered another two pair.
